  1. The Customer is required to provide correct and complete details name, pickup address and contact number at the time of booking.
  2. “OFFWASH” will not responsible for fastness of the color or shrinkage of clothing.
  3. "OFFWASH" does not guarantee 100% removal of any kind of stains.
  4. "OFFWASH" cannot be responsible for breaking buttons, hooks, beads, trimming or thread-outs.
  5. "OFFWASH" cannot be responsible for delay, loss or damage to any unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.
  6. Customers are requested to count and measure your fabrics at time of pickup & delivery.
  7. If any exchange or damage of cloths should be reported then contact "OFFWASH" customer care at same time after that we are not responsible.
  8. "OFFWASH" is not responsible for loss of or damage to any valuable or personal or non-cleanable items left in the garment(s)/ item(s) such as money, jewellery , or anything else.
  9. If there is any missing cloth from our side then compensation refunds will be @ Rs. 150.00 per piece.
  10. We put our best efforts to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  11. OFFWASH will not take any responsibility, if cloths given directly to delivery boy without placing order with us.
  12. If customer is not satisfied with the quality of any service offered, customers should get in touch with “OFFWASH” within 24 hours for resolution.
  13. We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. So, you are suggested to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
  14. By availing service(s), the customer agrees that he/she has thoroughly read, understood, agreed to these terms and conditions.
